King Construction took this house completely down to the studs and transformed it from the classic 70’s harvest gold and avocado to the modern Malibu beach house you see today.
AMID THE ELEMENTS
The rebuild withstands the rigors of its location inside the tidal zone. During high tide, the waves lap the shore halfway underneath the house.
IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS
Standing seam metal roofing, smooth stucco walls, lots of glass, stone and stainless steel were incorporated in this project to give us the form and function that will hold up over the test of time.
