We use a lot of local architects but we can also work with yours. For smaller projects we can produce the designs in-house.
PERMIT EXPEDITING
With over 40 years of working in the county of Los Angeles and the city of Malibu, King Construction knows the steps and the individuals to get your plans approved quickly and efficiently.
FIRE REBUILDS
Knowing most of the 267 people who lost their homes in the 1993 fire, King Construction was first on the scene. We first cleared 26 home sites in 20 days. We then helped build homes back up from the ashes.

This is an extension to the home. Like landscaping, hardscaping is very important to your property. With our woodworking skills, along with the stone pavers, and the concrete professionals that we use we can make magic that will highlight your home.

This ties in with the hardscape at times, and also includes (but not limited to) kitchens, sports courts, fire pits, lighting and music. You name it we have probably built it.
