King Construction recently re-built this home from the ground up. The former “Barry Manilow beach pad” was completely outdated and in disrepair. Collaborating closely with local Malibu architect Darren Domingue, we produced this amazing home in a one of a kind location.

EFFICIENT USE OF SPACE
Beach lots can be small. We squeezed in a spacious main house, a guest house over a garage and a feature-filled entertainment courtyard with all of the elements of a world class property with out a cramped feeling.

From the moment you step through the front door, you are greeted by a clear view of the ocean. We installed a salt water fish tank, so you can enjoy a close-up with out getting wet. This is the second successful project for the same owners.
